Ringo Starr vai lançar o show de aniversário de 72 anos em DVD

O show de aniversário de 72 anos de Ringo Starr no dia 7 de julho de 2012 com sua banda All-Starr no Ryman Auditorium em Nashville será lançado em DVD no dia 19 de março, foi anunciado terça-feira.

Esta versão do All-Starr Band, que se estende por várias décadas musicais, tem Steve Lukather do Toto, Richard Page do Mr. Mister, Gregg Rolie do Journey e Santana, Todd Rundgren, Mark Rivera, que trabalhou muitas vezes com Billy Joel, e o baterista Gregg Bissonette.

O show também teve a participação de Joe Walsh, que fez uma aparição especial para tocar “Rocky Mountain Way” e se juntou para o bis, "With A Little Help From My Friends", por sua filha Lucy. Também se juntaram os ex-membros Brendan Benson, Kix Brooks, Gary Burr, Vince Gil and Brad Paisley. 

O show aconteceu no Ryman Auditorium, a casa de longa data do Grand Ole Opry.
